AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

We aim to pack and ship all purchases within two business days of ordering, using Australia Post. We can ship to PO Boxes, residential and commercial premises.

Generally, you should expect your items to arrive within 3-5 working days, and delivery to more remote regional areas will probably take longer. Please note these are only estimates, delays caused by Australia Post are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch. Lastly, we'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us via our website and we'll figure this out for you.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The King and his Q, so we have a 14-day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us via our website for either a replacement or credit note. If the purchased goods are faulty, you will receive a full refund upon return of goods. If the purchased goods have been opened and/or used then we will not issue any refunds.
